Handlebar shopping - How to choose????

Fellow compadres,
I'm having trouble to pick a handlebar for my Heritage
Nostalgia/Special. On occassions, I can see a good setup but haven't
been able to find out the name/model.
And, alas, I haven't found a good shopping tool for testing various
bars on my bike. Had I been shopping for rims I bet things would be
different.

Can anyone recommend a good one stop shop? I have been to JP, but I
feel it could be a little bit more userfriendly.

Or, can you suggest a manufacturer/model? What I am looking for is a
lower chubby bar, but not stretched as far back as a beach(?) bar. I
like wide bars, but it cannot be ridiculously wide as I still need to
go between cars in traffic. (Today I have - I think - a fatboy bar,
somewhat too high for my taste). I am about 5.9 or 6 tall.

Any input?
Look through this selection...I've had good luck with Flanders:
Oops...they don't have any fat bars, nevermind.
Check these out.
Most Harley dealers have a set up where you can try various seats,
handlebars and pegs. That's where I'd start.
That's the way I do it. I go to a local bike shop, they bring out a
bunch of different bars while I set on my bike and try them out.(
Making motorcycle sounds while you do it really helps.) If you ride an
HD it's potato-potato-potato, for metrics it's woom, woom.

Too early in the day to imbibe so make mine ice tea.
