EG Ultra in my garage!
|
Belly up, plastic is out and I'm a'buyin'!
|
Thanks, coffee please. If ya throw a little Maker's inside I won'st complain
a tad.
|
2006 Ultra is now in my garage. My first H-D ever, after about 12
other bikes of varying brands. So far I'm liking it! I see now that it
is indeed a different animal, and the slower speeds and more relaxed
riding style is something I'm quickly getting used to. I still have my
Italian beauty parked along side her for those "need for speed" and
canyon carving cravings, of course ...But for the most part
it'll be the slow[er] lane for me!
More later, but I just had to buy a round and brag a *bit*. !
|
well congrats,
now go look for a little item, true track or ride straight (I think
the later is ride straight)
don't ask - just do it
enjoy your newtoyou ride

I've something just like that in my garage. Congrats and enjoy...
|
|
Congratulations, but I really didn't understand the part about "slower
speeds and more relaxed riding style?"
|
you haven;t rode anything from Italy or in fact any other brand
motorcycle have you
then you would understand the slower speeds and relaxed riding style
|
Thanks for the iced tea; I had enough tequila this past weekend to
last for awhile....
|
Simply meant that as compared to my Guzzi, it's a totally different
animal, and is meant to be ridden slower and more dliberately, at
least IMO. I ride my Gosse in an all-out-or-nothing fashion, and push
it to its limits, which are far and wide. It's pure, basic and rough
and likes to be forced to its outermost edges. But I'm getting old (!)
so this is more my "everyday" style now, but when the urge grabs me,
the Goose is ready and raring to go!
Stock up on the iced tea!
