Having had a renewed interest in bikes fairly recently I have to say that
there are actually very few which I think are pretty; they just don't often
look 'right' to me.
That, on the other hand, is gorgeous.

it's worth, realistically?

I honestly don't know.
I'm not really sure of the prices for the older stuff. Good, early LMs
and T3s are only supposed to be worth £1,500 to £2,000 which I think is a
bit under valued.
....but what you're looking at isn't an early LM but I'd be minded to say
"Guzzis tend to be undervalued and £3,500 is what it'll go for".

Nowhere to keep it. And don't want to buy it and watch it rot in
someone else's garage.

It'd have heating & dehumidifying in my garage, & 3 other Italians to
play with.
Plus of course I'd take it out for a good run (or 5) every month to
keep it supple...
