Benelli Tornado advice

Hello to all by the way... new to the group.

Anyone got one of these? I have drooled over these since they were
first released but put off until now by the early problems. I
understand these should now have been sorted so I am drooling once
again ;-)
Interested in any real life experiences with reliability, comfort etc
and what to look for if I am going to buy one.

For something that 'unusual' you'd be better off with the Benelli Yahoo

The only thing I know about Tornados is that they're a great way to
lose a lot of money very quickly due to depreciation. Oh, & they're
bringing out a new version with a bigger engine, if they haven't
already.

Ok thanks. Yes I am aware of the depreciation and theres no way I
would buy a new one. In fact the depreciation is one reason I can
maybe afford a yr old bike with warranty, which certainly wouldnt be
the case with a Ducati. From what I have seen, the big hit is in the
first year (anything from 3 to 6k depending on how much you paid
new!), after which theres very little depreciation.
