There's something dragging me kicking & screaming towards one. Just
got back from the great Yorkshire Bike show & I just can't them out of
my head.

Can i do it justice though? I'm no racer, the sound of the engine is
awesome. I'll book a test ride once i get back from Spain.
The one at the bike show had been given some *serious* hammer given the
state of the rear tyre!
What are they like to insure?

Same as anything in the high insurance groups

I can't get over how nice they look & sound, what about reliability?

Treat a Duke like a Fireblade and it will probably let you down.
They're not inherently unreliable but they are less robust than a
Japanese sports bike and dealer servicing is pricey.

Jeesh, I still had that album on cassette until about 2 years ago when I
threw all my old cassettes out.

Still one of my faves by them, actually. Got it on vinyl somewhere as
well as cassette.
