New Buell pics

This is the bike I heard Buell was going to build when the XB9r was
first released. I remember telling TTT about a water cooled Buell back
in about 2003. It took a little longer than I thought but here it is
with plenty of pics.
Dang, it isn't ugly like the other Buells. My only complaint from a looks
perspective is the turn signals on the mirrors - I just never liked that.

My only other gripe is it looks like a reverse shift will not be easy to
do. They should do it like the RC51. In stock form, the shifter is
standard, and has a linkage. For the GP shift, you just remove the
linkage, and attach a shift lever directly to the shaft.

I would like to hear what Exlax has to say about this high tech state
of the art Buell.
It's a Rotax motor. Just like KTM, BMW and Aprilia. So is this really an
American Sportbike?
It is everybit American as Aprilia is Italian. The Motor was designed
by Buell if the counts for anything.

It's not 'just like' any of the engines in the machines you have listed.

It's 'just like' Buell designed it be, to their specs.
