Buell 1125R Unvieling

It was about 100 degrees with 100% humidity during this event.
thats going to be one hot selling bike imo. I notice that it seats
you low behind a fairly tall and wide faring. that will be nice
also. The older Buell seating was tall. this one looks a lot
lower. that will also be good for handling.

There will be some after market goodies for this one, namely a tricked
out loud set of pipes as I see it.

I try not to lie.
Steve, nice to see you went out to see a Beull with a modern engine.
Thanks for the photos.
yah, you can show, I think it's $10.00 to get in.

Now, about the near 100 @ 100% humidity thing, uh..uh. The weather
reporting said low 90's with a dewpoint in the mid 50's or about
50-60% humidity at your temp and altitude. You actually have to be at
the point of origin of the rain to be in a 100% humidity envirvement
or in fog or up in the cloulds in a plane when it's raining. People
say they have 100% humidity alot when in reality they mean, it's
actually raining and the dew point is above mid-seventies @ 80+
degrees.

Now that we got that straight, it only hit mid nineties in PHX today,
with low 60 degree dewpoints. Much better than last week with 116 @ a
59 degree dew point.
My wife wanted me to go out and put a deposit down on the 1125r. I
told her no, I am content with the old Buell however, an MX bike is
WHAT!!!! When the CEO, CFO, Chairman of the Board and 100% of the
masculinity of your particular family unit says such a thing, you better
snap to and do it soldier!

Geez....an upgrade to what might possibly be Eriks first real sportbike and
you say NO?

not out of the question. I need to get on the dirt and ride one before
I buy just in case I am not able to do the things I want to do on the
MXer. I am not sure this 45 year old body can handle hitting those
five foot jumps at 45 mph like the old days. I hope Erik Buell got
some serious applause for creating this bike. He certainly deserves
it. That and I just love the fact that this bike will silence the
Buell critics once and for all. Go Buell!!!!!
When the Superbike results start rolling in, let us know. I'll root for an
American sportbike over the Japanese too.....even after the Hardley debacle.

Help secure our borders.
styling is interesting. from side & rear I like it. front on
not so much. almost looks like a locust or mantis head.
