Buell Blast drive belt

Next round's on me.. Happy Friday evening everyone.

Gotta change the back tire on the wife's Blast.. just did the 'Stealer
Shuffle' and got tired of the dancing.. Dealer 1 wants $92 for the
tire, $59.95 to mount, and $162 for 2.5k mile service. Dealer 2 wants
(first quoted me $175 for the tire, when I said "$175 FOR A BLAST REAR
TIRE??!!" said it was $140), $58 to mount, and $110 for the 2.5k mile
service.
Isn't that more than the bike cost or is worth?
Aren't ya suppose to throw 'em away when the tires wear out?

I think dealer 2 gave me the incorrect price. I'm going to ride out
there tomorrow because, even though Dealer 1 is on my way home from
work and #2 is 30 miles out of the way, #1 jacked us around on the
price of the bike so much that I decided I would do my best to never
darken his doorway ever again.

If #2 can come close to meeting internet pricing I'll buy the tire
from them; I can get it mounted & balanced locally for $20. I work on
all my own stuff, but this is the first belt drive I've played with.
Anything I should know about? It looks pretty straightfoward.
You should know that there is a service manual (or paper) available.
Either take it to an indy, or do it yourself.
I am sorry!
