paging Burnt/other BMW K experts

is it just me, or is this:

a bit of a bargain?
That's what I have, K100RS SE, except mines registered 1990, and yes that's
a bargain ... depressingly so. :)
PS bad form, etc .. often the ABS warning fault is nothing more than the
batteries gone flat and the ABS computer needs resetting, simple enough
task.

Of course if it's really bust then it can get expensive .....
Quite simply, give or take the ABS1, the best K model you can buy. The
blue/white special with all black ally is just *the one to have*
*pride*

ABS is usually easy to fix, as is the speedo, if not the breakers are
full of parts.
I'd have suspected they'd be out of ABS1 bits but I'll take your word for it
given (thankfully) I've not had any probs so far.

If it were 6 months ago I would have snapped it up, assuming the bidding
doesn't go silly.....but it might, lots of people know. Most K's are
hugely overvalued by the owners, if this one is really clean close up
it's £2k worth
Phew ... makes me happier ... mine's clean and I'd sort of hoped it would be
somewhere twixt 1500 to 2000.
Certainly is, though I expect the price will go up a bit.
I'm going to watch it and see. I've just got rid of one SOBWM mind, so
I really ought not to.

Locally(N Shropshire) a full service 'n fettle would cost £200 + a bit for
sender units & labour (if required), bargain.
Well, if something mad happens and I buy it, you might have to pick it
up for me.

Has the UKRM underground railway delivered a whole bike before?
ignore that, I misread your post.
Not as such, but there was this long, hot day Summer before last ...
