Indy seat guys?

Does anyone know of an independent local (Bay Area) seat shop (not
looking for Corbin type of big shops) who can re-work an existing seat,
reshape the foam and re-cover it? I'm looking to shave an inch off the
seat and about 1/2" off the sides. Any suggestions gladly considered.
In San Diego, there's a guy who works out of a boat upholstery shop
who does motorcycle saddles. Lotsa yachts in the BA.
I had my seat reworked by Sid's Upholstery, down the street
from Cal BMW on middlefield in Mt. View. They added
a gel pad, used a heavy duty material and I've been
reasonably happy with the work. About $150 I think.
I also had a seat done at Sid's. They did a great job and
matched the vinyl of the seat to the trim of my 1988 K75C
perfectly.
The one problem I had was that they used the wrong size pop
rivet, so I had to bring it back. I think this was probably
an SAE vs. metric issue.

The seat is definitely more comfortable and looks like
it'll last a lot more years.
