Is There Any Way to Mount Harley Grips on a BMW?

Harley has the coolest grips. Any way I can make those fit an 80's
K-Bike?
I tried to put Fiamm (Italian) horns on my Harley, but it rejected
them . . . . ;^(

BUT, I did actually put "e-grips"

that are designed as Harley replacements on my BMW R1100S. They fit
perfectly after I carved the ends off.

'Course, my R1100S has heated grips, so they're larger diameter than
your K-bike grips . . . .

pooder was here mixin' an' matchin'
Harleys have a larger diameter bar than a BMW. If there's a way to shim
the BMW bar to an even 1" than you could do it.

The blinkers are similar in that the right side handles the right
blinker and left, does left, so wiring shouldn't be much of an issue.
Lots of duct tape.
Or a friend with a machine lathe .
Start with two 12 lb. blocks of billet-aluminum............
Wrong !
European bike , you need "aluminium" ... and you need two 5 kilo blocks .
And remove anything that doesn't look like a grip ?
